3. Eligibility
By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that:

We offer free consultations and quotes for solar, battery, generator, and HVAC services. These consultations are provided without obligation and do not constitute a binding agreement until a formal contract is signed.
4.3 Appointment Scheduling
- We strive to arrive at scheduled appointment times, but delays may occur due to emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
- We will notify you of any significant delays
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in scheduling restrictions

We offer 24/7 emergency services for urgent HVAC and energy system failures. Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates.
5. Pricing and Payment

- Final prices may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

- A deposit may be required for large installations or special-order equipment
5.3 Financing Options
We offer financing options through our partner, Redwood Credit Union. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. Please review the financing agreement carefully before signing.
5.4 Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest charges as permitted by California law. We reserve the right to suspend services or pursue collection actions for unpaid balances.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing before work begins.
6.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment we install is covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide warranty documentation upon installation.
6.3 Jonas Family Member Maintenance Plan
Our maintenance plan includes:
- Front-of-the-line priority service
- Discounts on parts and replacements
- Transferable agreement with no rate change
- Comprehensive system inspections
Maintenance plan terms are outlined in a separate agreement provided upon enrollment.
6.4 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by acts of nature (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs
- Pre-existing conditions not identified during initial inspection
7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonas Energy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
