SolarChill is the name we've used for one of our favorite project types: pairing a solar and battery storage system with an efficient heat pump or ductless mini-split system, so the electricity that keeps your home cool in the summer comes from the sun on your own roof.
It's not a separate product — it's a way of designing your solar and HVAC projects together so they work as one system instead of two unrelated purchases.
How We Work
We size your solar array and battery storage around your home's actual cooling load, then pair it with a high-efficiency heat pump or ductless mini-split system. On a hot day, your air conditioning runs largely (or entirely) on power your panels are generating in real time.
